Our Team - Thomas C. Jones CPA

The "wizard behind the curtain", Tom Jones brings over 20 years in corporate and public accounting to the Powerhouse Team. His practice has given him the ability to manage his business the way he has always wanted to-- on old-fashioned beliefs.

He is a Graduate of the State University of New York Canton with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, and a graduate of Dowling College where he received a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in accounting. He is also a Graduate of Central Michigan University where he received his Master of Science in General Administration.

Tom is a Certified Public Accountant. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants. Also a member of our local Rotary Club.

Tom specializes in Audit engagements, financial statements, litigation support, business consulting, tax planning and non-profit for both individuals and businesses, as well as conducting business valuations. Tom strives to be a honest, fair, and respected accountant and practices these beliefs with every person that walks through his door.

Tom has secured his QuickBooks Certified User Desk 2016 Badge.

Andrew C. Jones

Andrew is a graduate of Goldey Beacom College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Information Systems. Andrew also has a Master of Business Administration in Financial Management and a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology. Andrew has 9 years of experience in accounting and finance. He is planning on becoming a CPA. Andrew spends his spare time with his family and enjoys gaming.

Theresa Badur

Theresa brings to the Powerhouse Team over 20 years in customer service and over 19 years in accounting. As one of Tom's many students, she has completed courses in accounting and QuickBooks.

Theresa is the Office Manager. She is one of the friendly faces everyone sees when they walk through the door. Theresa specializes in taxation for individuals and companies, as well as, assisting with Audits, Reviews, and Compilations.

When she is not busy with the office, she enjoys time with her family-- Wallace, Jodi, Trevor, Sarah, Derek, and her beautiful grandchildren, Jenny, Chris, Gauge, Ayla, Ace, Garrett, and AJ.

Jodi Badur

Jodi is an Accounting Assistant with over 11 years of service. Jodi manages the Payroll Department, processing payroll and running quarterly and annual reports. She has excellent rapport with our customers.

When Jodi is not working, she enjoys homesteading with her husband Wallace and her three children Ace, Garrett and AJ.

Ann Archibald

Ann is another smiling face you will see when coming into our office. She is going on 5 years of service and is responsible for many of the accounting and payroll functions in our company.

When she is not working, she is enjoying her family: Jamie, Jessie & Max and her grandchildren: Brady and Camryn.
